What's your go-to Ball Marker?

Recommended Posts

The more non-traditional, the better. I use a cut out circuit board from time to time.

I keep coins from my travels in my bag. Came back from my recent UK trip with a ton of various denominations so I reckon I'll be using those for a good long while.

I'm a big fan of watches, and hadn't thought about this. Really neat idea.

Any specific coin/location you're keen on?

I use a little coin with my business schools logo on it that's on my divot fixer, a gold dollar coin, a 1957 quarter, and occasionally a golf tee.

I kind of want one of those scotty cameron ball markers but refuse to pay any where near what they cost... $80+ is entirely too much for a ball marker in my opinion. I'll try and get a picture or two when I head to the range this afternoon/ evening.

Kinda partial to the 100 colónes coins from Costa Rica.

![](https://i.colnect.net/f/1090/737/100-Colones-Magnetic.jpg "")

They're a little bigger than a quarter and the color makes 'em stand out nicely on the green. Plus they kinda look like an Olympic medal.

That's a really clever way to remind yourself that you moved your marker! simple and effective.

My go to..

Ive used all types of markers, but this is the best marker I ever used thus far.

The marker holder is easy to find in the pocket.

marker itself is easy to push/clip out of the holder in the pocket.

Perfect size marker on the green.

I drop drop the marker back in the pocket and it finds the magnetic holder on its own ready for the next green I don’t chip in or hole in one(pretty much use it on every hole).

I see the Tyson Lamb and Scotty markers and just cannot justify it in anyway.
