The problems with the fed ex cup in the past were its volatility and the position of the points reset. I liked the idea of it but 5x the points for a win was a little TOO volatile.

Also the points reset should have happened between the second and third weeks. I also maybe remember that there were sponsorship issues with one of the events Maybe TPC Boston but I may be hazy on that. But cutting an event isn’t a great look, who knows.

Speaking of HV3....It looked like he plays better when he slows it down ..Im not talking about in a slow play kind of way. I'm talking about moving like he was going in slow motion....good to see he had a nice finish and threaten the leader at the end...
