Not long. I mainly hit them at the range and getting used to them. Only issue the range is sandy af.

that's some fast wear, that would take me a year or two. Had one set get wear marks like that and I was hitting tons of balls that year, others I switch too fast between irons.

For owners of the Taylormade P7TW irons, would someone please post quality address pictures of the short irons (ie 8,9, and PW) from the address position? I’ve searched all over and can’t seem to find any. There are serval of the 7 and 6 irons on the internet, but virtually none of the short irons.

It is the same, VR Pro has 16 grooves on 7i also.

Hi. I have been gaming my p7tw for a while now.

 

I just went for a grip change and found out that, my shafts are not tour issue dg. They came without shaft bands. Thought it was because they were ordered tiger spec by the local distributor but the shafts were also soft stepped.

I have really enjoyed these irons! They just play like irons are supposed to play. Very impressed can work the ball into the 9 windows. Feel like I am Tiger on the range and course. What I actually look like, not tiger! But it's fun to play his clubs. Going to be my gamers for the foreseeable future!

Are these still somewhat back ordered or is supply back up with demand? I may move my set soon as I just hit my Miuras better. Tough choice as the TW's are just so beautiful.

The second set I ordered , arrived yesterday. Many many fortnights after the order. They hang on the rack of the shop I ordered through. I waggled them. But....

 

 

Anyway. Just for an idea on time frames. The second set was 3-Pw. X100. First set was modus 130 3-Pw. We reordered thinking the shaft was the issue as to why they never shipped. Turns out the 3 iron was the issue.

But now you get a chance to play them right!....they look slightly longer than the blueprint. I still may get a blueprint set, but I think it would be a waste of time and money...TWs are working well. Also been testing a bunch of iron shafts from all brands....modus 120TX, modus 130x, 1150ghX, X100, s400, dg120x100, c taper 125, tour V 125. Hit many balls. And the cream of the crop were s400 and 120TX. So it just worked out nice that the stock shaft on the P7tw was s400.

Nope. Already bought blueprint. ( and love them ).

 

I canceled both orders with shop. But they let TM convince them to keep the orders as they said “ you’ll have a line of people wanting them “. Lol. I tried to tell him not to keep the order. And now the x100 set are out of the collector box and hanging on the rack for all to fondle. Lovely irons though. Wonder if TM will buy them back later , like old driver etc stock ? Was just letting Kekoa know that if ordering a 3 iron you’ll still wait .
