All "4's" even par round....

Has anyone ever done it? Today I had 17 - 4's and one odd ball 3 for a 1 under.

Obviously, if you were a better lag putter you could have had 18 4's today. :)

Good round, but it would have been a cool score card with 18 straight 4's. A framer, for sure.

Totally. I have been 1 under many times before, but never had 18 - 4's, that would have been cool.

 

Sad part is it was on the last par 3 I made par. At that time I already knew I had a good chance at all 4's so I was a little sad when I hit the green and had a mid length birdie chance that ended up being a tap in par.

You had to play it out, no choice. Otherwise the whole thing becomes meaningless. Still a great round.

I heard a story about a guy who played the Old Course. On the first tee a guy he was paired with bet him he couldn’t shoot level 4s. He said I’ll shoot straight 4s and he won his bet.

 

I did the opposite a couple of weeks ago. I shot 72 with no 4s. Ten 3s, 6 5s and 2 6s.

Wow yo guys can play!!!! Heck I just broke 80 and am smiling ear to ear and see little chance at going much lower as I really did everything well (by my standards).

Thanks, but I kind of having a hot streak as I have not been a consistent par shooter in a while.

I actually add bogie players scores when I am keeping a card by assuming all 5's and adding and subtracting from there. It (4 = -1 and 6= +2)

First time I ever broke 40 for 9 holes - had all 4's on the back 9.

Seventeen “4s” and one “3” is an odd looking scorecard, but a fine round. Work on those par 3s and you’ll truly have something!

As you may have guessed I was driving it very well and was solid around and on the green for the most part but was not hitting mid irons well. The result is a rarely had a legitimate birdie chance other than the par 5 that I was reaching in two. But on the par 4's I hit good lags or nice chips result in low pulse par putts.

I carded all 4s on the front 9 the other day. I made the mistake of noticing this and a poor 2nd shot on the par 5 10th ended the streak.

I posted it earlier but I had one round at my home track where I bogeyed the first hole and then parred the last 17 to finish 1 over.

 

I missed every birdie putt and made all sorts of dumb par saves lol. One of those weird days.
