Why does it say md5 on the hosel??

I'm not really into these. I'd have to see them in person but I find they look a little cheap.

There’s something about the top line transition into the hosel that I don’t ever like about Callaway wedges. That and the toe looks both high AND rounded. Maybe just the pic?

TT DG 115 S200 is the stock shaft and I believe they are milled but I could be wrong.

Vokeys are still best in class, same goes for Callaway woods and Mizuno irons. Just my 2 cents.

I still have the original X- Forged MD Tour Finish in my bag and nothing can touch their spin and soft feel. The new Callaway Mackdaddy Forged look sweet though. Those and the MD2 Tour/R Grind have the straightest front edge I've ever hit.

Perhaps the MD5 is for Mac Daddy 5, which is next in line.

MD4 Raw is a pretty great wedge. Do not see anything to make me want to change.

Smart consumers will stock up on models a year or two older at 50% cost brand new. No tech advancement no reason to switch in wedges. Many in the thread highly prefer older wedge models anyways

Same, got a deal on MD3’s so bought 2 of each loft. Wasn’t a huge fan of the MD4’s. Leaning towards RTX4’s for the next set.

I like the address profile of the 2 and 3 better than the newer models and saw no difference when I tried the MD4s, so Im set. There are a ton of nice options out there, just comes down to what suits your eye and game.
