Technically not JDM because they are distributed by an European company (at least the last time I checked). Forged at Kyoei though. Personally I don’t let the distribution thing bother me. Still have a set stored away.

Any reviews on SEVEN irons...specifically the MB. How do they compare to muira?

There definitely is something special about many JDM clubs. I'm just starting to go down that rabbit hole so I'm loving this thread. Please keep it coming.

I've only played Honma, Miura, PRGR, and Mizuno. I prefer the look/feel of PRGR the most, but my friend said that I play "like an uncle" or else I would say Miura is top.

I might pick up a set of Maruman to try out, as well.

The PRGR affection may come more from how their classic blades look at address than anything else.

I currently play a set of Vega satin CB and just love them. Love the feel and they just fit my eyes... Tried to replace them couple of time and just can’t..

Recently purchased a set of used Fourteen blades. Love them!

They are really soft to hit. I maybe wrong but I dont think that brand is popular in Japan.
