Lee Ann says the WD was legit but even if it wasn't I can appreciate the shadiness of trying to get that million doolars lol.

Aeon award should change the rule next year.

"No players can win the award if she withdraws from any tournaments; or the scores will be counted even if players withdraw from the tournaments."

I miss Ha Na Jang. I hope she got the happiness she was seeking by going back home to play.

Jin Young is such a phenomenal player, putting is ridiculous, hasn’t made a bogey in the last 105 holes, English getting a little better, liked her short interview, huge, huge fan.

Ciganda was not on my radar at all but for that brief moment I was pulling for her to have a good round 4. Less pressure from not starting out in front. It'd be great if this gives her a little more assurance on her next big Sunday.

Was pulling for Brooke! But chasing Jin Young just an impossible task. Just glad Brooke had a big success for defending and made it all the way to the final group. I loved when they walked to 18 together, very sweet.

Jin Young! This was not an exciting finish, it was Jin Young all the way. And I think that's how it goes with her in the lead, because she's so stable and steady. You're not going to get an exciting roller coaster ride, with ups and downs. You're gonna get a beautiful, smooth trip with plenty of time to enjoy the view.

Jin Young is an assasin, she doesn't make bogies but makes lots of birdies, great round today and incredible win. Nicole did great she posted a fine score and didn't crumble. Lizette had a heck of a round, she been playing great lately. Brooke she had the same problem she had all year, having her iron and wedge play hold up for 4 rounds, plus het putting today was subpar, so that makes for a lackluster round. Jin Young is by far the best player on the LPGA tour right now and it's not even close.

What a great tournament. Wonderful looking course. Awesome turnout. It would be great to see that many fans at most tournaments. Even Mother Nature cooperated.

Jin Young is on an amazing run. Bogie free for the week, and another sub-67 round. That's close to perfect golf. She did make one mistake. OMG. Lol. She still managed to get up and down for par. She averaged 260 yds off the tee for the week, hit 80% of the fairways, 90% of her greens, and was 100% in scrambling. Ho hum.

I was impressed by Nicole's play today. You generally see players in this position struggle, but she played solid.

Great title defense by Brooke. Her iron play was off today, but she still managed a round in the 60's. She can hold her head high.

Wow, Lizette basically came out of nowhere. She's probably playing the best golf of her LPGA career at this point.

No surprise to see Carlota charge up the leaderboard. She has a knack for doing it when there's little on the line. She needs to adopt that attitude when she's in the hunt.

Solid round by Amy. Julie has a tough decision. I'd like to see Ally and Amy on the team. As Judy noted, the expected seasoned picks all missed the cut. Time for some new faces.

Did Amy Olson finish high enough to get the last Rolex Rankings spot (or did it go to Annie Park)? Altomare should have the 8th spot on points and Angel Yin the first Rolex Ranking spot.

It's amazing to see the separation she's created (at this moment). Earlier this year after she had cooled down a bit there was a pack of 5-7 or so that seemed relatively close to each other. Not so much anymore. She probably can't catch Inbee Park's 2013 season but has a good chance to pass Lydia's 2015 or Ariya's 2016 (if hasn't already). Either way, it feels a bit different than the last two years (2017-2018) where there were a lot of people bunched at the top.

Nope, bogey on 17 knock her out the spot

Hard not to root for JYK, great personality, textbook swing, etc etc... If Bianca doesnt make the LPGA for whatever reason next season, and Shibuno decides to forego LPGA eligibility in 2020, there's always JYK for me to root for :) (I dont know if Dottie Ardina/Clarris Guce can hang on to their cards, so there's that too). As someone living in Toronto, it's a heresy not to be rooting for Brooke, but then to each his own :) (Nothing against Brooke lol, just prefer those others mentioned). Today was a masterful show by JYK on the course, and it helped that it was 22C high today with not much traffic heading to Aurora/Magna Golf course (parking was a pain however :P)

Hey ... be a Canadian! ??????? I suspect that Bianca has the potential to become the best Pinay golfer ... her will and determination set her apart. Plus she gets bonus points for attending Gonzaga!

_______________

They are good friends. After JYK won at Evian, she posted a video blog showing the congratulatory bouquet that she received from the Hendersons along with a short interaction afterwards. JYK went on to say that Brooke is one of her favourite players on tour.

When asked how she handled the Brooke Brigade JYK went on to say she was happy because she's friends with Brooke and likes playing with Brooke -- almost like they elevate each other's game.

So, yes it's very nice to see them walking 18 like that!??
