Has something happened to Cameron Collector website? Says page not found

Yeah I saw that. I was surprised though, given how easy it is to maintain a forum site, so easy a fifth grader could do it...

Two weeks and its still down...hope it wasnt hacked...wondering what they are doing. Everything seemed to be user friendly, hope they arent redoing the whole site and making it more complicated.

From what I understand maintenance was long overdue and while going through some of that things were corrupted and likely lost.

I think they are trying to salvage it hence the delay coming back. But the longer it goes on the less likely. A few insiders I know speculate it is NOT coming back. Shame as there is a lot of history being lost into the ether.

It is coming back. Just major server issues. One of the admins informed me of this.

I have no idea when though.

Shame if it doesnt come back...I was fairly active there 09/10/11 or so but have fallen off the Scotty wagon. I still stick my head over there from time to time for news/sneak peaks/updates and to check out the F/S section. You are right, there is a ton of history there, some really good stories as well. Some really good info to be found on the site too. Hopefully it does come back.

Yeah, it was amazing how much stuff I didn't know for the first few years. Trivia contest really made folks dig for info and in turn learn way more than we'd ever need to know, lol.
