Glad I was wrong on this one. Could be I over estimated the Falcons, but hoping I am under estimating the Colts.

You are not the only one 2nd.

I thought he had the arm, and the smarts to be a NFL Qb, but he couldn't anticipate where a receiver would be open and throw to that spot until it was too late. He did a lot of double clutching, and ended up having to scramble, or taking a sack. Thinking he may have improved in that department.

Brisset played his best game ever Sunday. The Falcons stacked the box in the first half, dared him to beat em throwing, and he made em pay.

Those were the two main things I thought would hold him back - he really struggled with his decision making, and his throwing motion was WAY too long. Granted, I'm just seeing highlights, but he seems to be learning to read defenses, and while his release is still not what I'd call quick, and his throwing motion could still be more compact, it's not the big, looping release I was seeing when he was with the Patriots. One thing for sure, the kid is 100% class act, so I'm glad to see him proving me wrong.

Me too. After starting this contest I took Scam Newton as I thought it was so solid a pick. Dead after week two thanks to the "Keep Pounders" ugh.

Gosh. That was so bad. As we talked before Garrett has to go. There’s no other way around it.

 

I’m more upset about about Dallas losing than losing them elim. Still in first place in the division but that’s two straight weeks of failure when Dallas could be running away with the division.
