I love the looks of my 2017/2018 Titleist 14 in Sleet/Black/Red.

However I absolutely hate the 14 way top they adopted post-2013. When Sun Mountain made Titleist bags they were awsome. But I too am in search of a new stand bag this summer. Probably going SM 4.5. I've used them in the past. Well made, full length dividers, and the layout is sensible to me personally. I have used a 2016 Ping Hoofer 14 as well. Perfect pocket layout. Awesome straps. But I would get the 5 way top instead of the 14 if I ever got another Hoofer.

I'm currently using the 2018 Titleist Players 14 and I honestly wish I would've bought the normal one with 4 or 6 dividers. I can't quite seem to find a good layout and grips are rubbing anyway... It's a shame cause previous 14 divider bags I've had from Ohio have been pretty great.

If you primarily ride, the sun mountain c-130s is the best out there. If you walk, go with the 4.5 LS for the dual straps. Sun Mountain is probably the best out there. They do it right with the full length individual dividers. Club tangle drives me bat $##t crazy!

I should add that mizuno got it right this year to with their new pro stand bag. That is a sweet bag too but I like the cart style bags better.

Yeah I love the new Mizuno bag, buts it’s a little out of my budget.

Now considering a 6/7 way bag as I hear 14 ways create much more club chatter which drives me nuts!

If you haven't gotten on yet, Sun Mountain has a 2.5 14-way. I got a 4.5 14 way last Christmas and wish I would have waited for the 2.5!

Easy solution, ask for a 2.5 for Christmas and sell the 4.5?

Keeping an eye on this. I have a 14 way divider cart bag right now, but find that a stand bag is much more useful for practice sessions or quick fixes where I feel like carrying instead of pushing. Currently looking at prior edition Flextech Crossovers and Hoofer 14s. Anybody able to offer insight as to pros and cons of either? I'm a little more apt to go with the FlexTech as I have had great luck my FlexTech Lite

Yes, I either ride or use a push cart but I want a stand bag. Which one accommodates the stands plus fit well on carts?

C-130 cart or stand bag is the best 14way bag period. I have had zero tangle issues with their bags.

Never understood the appeal of Ping bags; they're heavy and the dividers aren't full-length. I strongly recommend the 2.5+ 14, which I recently got for the range and walking (had a 4.5 LS 14 for the last three years and have a C130 for riding).

If you're after a 14 way stand bag for cart/range/walking then the Ogio Alpha 514 RTC I got recently seems pretty good (unless you predominantly walk).

Good tough Cordura fabric, some nice features for cart straps etc and 14 way top, and comes with a hard 'MOD' case too.

So I was wandering round ebay and I found a fusion14 and managed to get it for a great price.

I’ve only used it once so far, but I’m sold. Clubs all nicely divided, next to zero club chatter, really light, and so many pockets!

My conclusion, 14-way is definitely the right choice, but still not sure I’d ever pay RRP for one.

The 14 way dividers do their job it seems, no tangling - and the handle and pass through bit for a cart strap is very nice. Not too heavy either for such a cart and carry with stand and plenty of room bag...

Got the red one which is also lovely - would have gone for that olive green above but it wasnnae there when I stumbled upon this model.
