Cannot upload photos in the BST into the body of the listing

I can upload the photos on my listing but they show up as attachments at the bottom of the listing and not full sized photos in the body of the listing. What am I doing wrong or how do you get them to show up in the body of the listing???

You've got 2 icons to select from, "Attach file" and "Attach image". You probably selected attach file.

Same problem but it only posted the first photo. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways --- what am I doing wrong

I've attached 3 random photos residing on my computer via the "Choose" button, NOT by entering a URL from some website via the BLUE "method" in the post you quoted. Let's see what's different.

 

Note: When you click on the pic on your computer, text appears (not the picture itself). Personally I separate the picture text with a new line/carriage return/enter key. Perhaps the addresses generated need at least a space between them ?

 

Also, it might take a bit of time for WRX to download from your computer and save it on their host(?) site before the text is generated. The larger the picture is the longer it takes.

 

Once they're downloaded, only the text shows. You CAN "preview" the pics before you post and the preview will show the actual pictures

Thank you for your response--- yes the text comes up for all 7 photos just as you describe but only one of the photos actually shows up either in preview or in the ad itself. I did seperate them with a return but did not seem to change anything.

have you tried to go into your old closed ads and delete the pictures to free up space?

I thought of that but not sure how to do it--- can I just edit them like I would an active ad?

I will answer my own question you can definitely NOT edit an old locked BST ad--- so how do you get to those photos to free up space? There used to be a settings in the profile menu but not any more. What is the process now since the change in format?

Unlike the old site I believe this one doesn't allocate space for each user. If so, space is "unlimited".

 

Did you ever figure out why only 1 of the 7 pictures showed (Post #7) ?

Space upload is currently not limited. Maybe try another browser

Thanks for all the help and suggestions. I found the answer at least for me--- Did not need to use a new browser just had to take the pics in "most compatible mode" instead of "most efficient"

On the iphone that changes the format to jpeg --- when I uploaded pics this time it worked like a dream

I had tried converting to jpeg on the computer but that didn't work for some reason.
