FS: Scotty Cameron Newport 2 Detour “Buttonback”

Still thinning the putter herd as fall has officially begun here in Ohio...

Today I am looking to sell this Scotty Cameron Newport 2 Detour (1st of 500) that I have converted to a “Buttonback” by installing a fine milled copper insert from SpryEvo.

Putter is almost flawless condition with just light brush marks on the sole. It is 34” and 354g. The insert conversion brought the headweight up to 344g plus I added a 10g tungsten tip weight. It will come with the matching 1st of 500 Detour cover shown which is mint. Grip is an extremely rare Orange Baby T which was installed brand new this week. The site line is pinstripe tape and I will include some extra strips for new owner to use if needed.

The patina on the face and back cavity is incredible and has developed after being on the putting green for one 30 minute session. This is really a cool piece and I won’t be disappointed if it doesn’t move. You won’t find one of these in this condition with an extremely hard to find grip.
