Anyone Using Kinetixx TS-I Iron Shafts?

I'll be 65 this year, along with all that it implies with regard to swing speed. Been gaming XP-95's in my Ping G's, but know that I should be hitting farther. So, I've been looking to re-shaft with graphite. I came across Paderson Kinetixx TS-I while perusing the Golfworks site, and they seem like they'd be a good fit for my swing. There were a few favorable user reviews on the Golfworks site.

 

Just wanted to see if anyone here has been gaming these long term, and your impressions, especially regarding dispersion, distance and how the flex feels (on the soft or hard side). They seem like a good value, price-wise. Thanks for any input!

I bought a full iron set of the TS 1

I play regular shaft and also have a set of aldila regular shaft I like. However I'm disappointed in the Padersons. They feel like a high flex point and tip stiff. Like swinging a pole. I will pull them and sell them

I have a "smooth" swing and play R or soft R. Sounds boardy. Like you, I prefer a softer tip. I'm doubtful I would like these.

had them in my edels, played r flex, 95 gram and felt tip stiff to me also, have liked the recoils I have played in the past.

Yes I agree. I bought one to demo in R flex and flex boardy. I think you may need to soft step. I think there are better options in the market. ZT9, KBS Max to name a few

I purchased an 8 iron shaft to test. After reading reviews I decided to soft step it once and put into my 9 iron. I got the stiff flex and it has worked out great so far.
