SuperSpeed Golf sticks

Do these things actually work?? I guess i just don't understand how they work and what you even do with them. They are every bit of $200 and i just cant figure out why.

Like anything else it’s up to you to put the time and effort in and stick with the program it’s a great system and you will see results if you follow it and stick with it.

I got slower and slower doing it. Eventually, my left handed swing passed my right handed swing with speed.

 

So yes and no. My right handed swing with the “heavy” stick went from 100 to 95 in about a month. But my left handed swing went from 92 to 102 in that time. So that’s a huge gain.

 

Unfortunately I play golf right handed and have never moved a club slower in my life. So I quit and went back to swinging driver as fast as possible. After a month of swinging driver as fast as possible, I was 105 with the heavy stick and 130 with the light stick. My previous best with the heavy was 100 and the light was 121.

 

So if the sticks slow you down and depress you to the point you want to quit the game and every player you always drove it past are now well by you forces you to stop the workout and get back to swinging fast with an actual driver then, yes, I’d say they work great.

 

Just one person’s opinion.

It can work but there are multiple ways to reach the same goal. This is just one gimmick product in a LONG line of products in golf that try to be a 'one solution'.

 

In my opinion personal fitness, swing technique, and flexibility training will help much more in the long run than these things.

Also, I have these and I used them last year for 6 weeks and compared to right now... I was on average swinging every club in the bag about 10% faster. I went from hitting max drives of 285 to about 315. Didn't happen every time but the speed was there. These things 100% work if you follow protocol. Thing is... once you stop, I've found you drop back down to your "normal" levels. My guess would be that as long as you do them for a while, then at least keep it going 1-2x a week after, you can maintain that large increase.

Has anyone used the Orange Whip Lightspeed, and what were your results?
