Do you look like a golfer - off the course?

What gave me away? The hat tan? The "racoon eyes" from my sunglasses? The 750 tech polos I own? Or the "socks" that everyone finds so impressive that are actually just my feet from the ankle down?

Hot climate - alot of sun.

I have suits, slacks and dress shirts on one side of the closet. Other side is golf shirts, golf pants and pullovers/etc. Most have a course logo, and other than a handful almost all of my hats say "ping" or titliest. Couple other brands - and a few AU hats. I'm a simple person. I do two things, work and golf. Family time sure, but that can be done in the comfort of golf clothes.

 

And to the tatted guitar guy above -. You still have the hat tan. Dead giveaway.

I wore a t-shirt from a golf club under a UA 1/4 zip and greg norman slacks to work this am. I have a left hand full of "golf" callouses. Pretty sure I have divot tool in my pocket too cause, hey, you never know right?

I have three modes. For work I'm slacks, wingtips, buttondowns and a tie when I can't avoid it. After work it's shorts, tees and sandals. Golf is good golf stuff. Funny thing is often in my tank tops or tees I'll have a Ping hat on or something. People tend to know. Some Fridays at work I m wearing a golf hat in the office...in anticipation. Tonight at the gym I had a Taylormade hat on my noggin.

The left side of my closet consists of Nike and puma golf polos. (Damn short par 4 box sucked me in last year) . The right side of my closet is a mixture of Nike golf, golf related and funny t-shirts. That's it. I left the corporate world Jan 2018 and haven't worn anything besides golf pants, jeans sweats or basketball shorts since. My comfort is everything.
