Hi Stu, I've seen a pic of your bag from a while back and I thought it was pretty neat with the tartan. After a few throat coolers in the clubhouse bar after a game I sometimes go home with someone elses bag (just joking) and I had a Titleist stand bag for a while but it was pretty munted so I flicked it on with a few surplus clubs. It's getting too hot to play here unless you tee off at sunrise and that's at 4:45am, halfway through the night. I do have a small tent which could be pitched at the back of the 1st tee, I could then get up at sunrise, tee off, have a Dingo's breakfast, and then go back to bed..

p.s. In case you're wondering what a Dingo's breakfast is:

Not getting on with my M3. So for a laugh took out an old Citation persimmon. Cue laughs on first tee....until said ball flew high and straight across the dogleg and into the middle of the first fairway. One third my playing partner, who is usually a few yards longer, was 10 yards behind the Powerbilt. I forgot how good a nailed persimmon feels. My immaculately refurbed 693 is sitting next to me. A new grip will go on this week and it may see action, as long as it is dry, next Sunday. Need to source a classic 3, 4 or 5 wood to match these beauties.
