I heard one commentator the other night point out that they were investigating this for 8 months? (I believe 8 months not sure) She, the commentator was wondering aloud if they were building a case wanting to get 'big names' therefore leaving these trafficked women in horrible situation instead of rescuing them. In other words, it's worth it to let em suffer until we get Kraft and other public figures.

 

I follow a group called Operation Underground Railroad (OUR) and I would highly recommend checking them out, following, and supporting. They are modern day abolitionists. They work, often privately as governments sometimes offer no help at all, to free children who have been kidnapped and enslaved. A lot of their operations take upwards of a year so 8 months, while it does seem horrible and an eternity for the victims, there's just a lot of things in play. Big names might be one of the things (hopefully this blows up all over the media but it's not looking like it), but also the broad scope, IE how many people can we put away type of questions. Tough questions and situations no matter how you slice it.

Cops do the same thing with drug stings, sit and watch deals go down for months at a time hoping to land the bigger fish, while more and more kids are getting hooked, and overdosing daily. What do ya do?

Will be interesting to see if Aronberg will be seeking a higher and more political position, and interesting take on the situation. Will be interesting to see how more of the details of the investigation and "sting" are revealed and what they reveal.

Was he actually charged with getting more than a massage? If so, yes it's very sad she would even breathe in his direction. She could do much better than that slug.

That just is how it works. It’s about tax dollars for urban assault gear. Not saving anyone. Can’t get more tax money without catching big fish. Need headlines.
