Voice Caddie SC100 versus PRGR GM009 14 Red Eyes

Looking to pick up a radar mainly to measure club head and ball speed. Narrowed it down to the Voice Caddie and PRGR. Any thoughts on these or any other models? Based on cost alone I'm leaning towards the Red Eyes. Seems pretty accurate from the reviews I've read so far.

Bringing this back to life because I'm looking at picking a PRGR Red Eyes up for under $100.

 

Anyone have experience with these?

 

I'm thinking within 2% CHS and ball carry is good enough for that price.

The one I just ordered only had sales tax added on. $87 device ended up about $92 with free shipping. Definitely on the slow boat. Took 10 days just to get to Tokyo and probably won't see it for another 3 weeks.

I used online OCR and Google Translation to translate the user manual from Japanese to English so hopefully that gets past the language barrier. Other than the manual being in Japanese and the Red having some useless calorie burning function I'm curious what the difference is between this and the PRGR Black sold on RevolutionGolf.com (Andrew Rice).

Does the red eyes require a club hitting a ball or just like the swing radar just a swing is enough?

In my experience it does not need a ball. I use it for speed training indoors, no ball. It just leaves the ball speed and carry fields blank. Seems very consistent.

Nice man thanks. I'd prefer this over the swing radar as it looks better built and it has more functions, not to mention also about the same price.
