Just aesthetically. Ive been a fan of the M4 and the M5 and still have the woods in my bag but I think this could have had a little more “pop” on the sole and actually if they changed it up a bit with a mostly chalk crown and some blue accents it would have been pretty cool... Seems like a watered down replay and not sure how it’s a lot more ball speed aerodynamically from the pics.

Fair enough. I’d save opinions for when you see and hit in person. They can’t please everyone. Too flashy and people hate that it’s over the top. Not flashy enough people hate. If it performs I don’t think the sole designs will really matter.

 

I personally love the change to blue over red. Hopefully it can perform and find its way in my bag.

I like the chalk color, a lot.

I like that the chalk is only the thin strip where the silver was on the M5/6.

I like blue.

 

None of that matter if it doesn’t perform (my M6 does.)

 

I like that I’m hearing rumors that it performs.

Underwhelming looks wise. We got really spoiled in the looks department with the jump from m3/m4 to m5/m6

TM peaked looks wise with the OG M1 and M2. It’s crazy that Cobra and especially Mizuno lead in the aesthetics/shape department.

Am I the only one who thinks it’s a massive step back aesthetically? I doubt this thing goes 15y past my M6, but I’ll definitely hit it and see.

Its kinda like getting socks for Christmas....had my hopes for a chalk white and blue driver head for some reason and got basically a full carbon crown with a little white and blue...c'mon Santa

Thanks man. I value this community and try to post inside info to everyone here when I have it. Like everything, some will love the looks of the new driver and some will hate it. The people who have hit this are already saying TM will have a instant classic. Only time will tell.

The standard SIM looks really good guys, the Sim Max looks alright, these pics left out the most interesting part of the sole, the back weighting.

That basically sums up every new product release around here. ?‍♂️ Then it comes out. They see it in person. It looks good, performs and people buy it. After the honeymoon, the old swing faults and misses are back. Time to search for the next new club to fix it! Vicious cycle

Guys, this is only the pics of the Max, which is more like the pancake version of the driver.

For those that have seen the smaller footprint versions, I’m sure the aesthetic bottom of the club snobs won’t be disappointed.
