I waited to comment until I had looked at these a few times. I think they look terrible. So much junk going on with the back and the numbering is all squared looking like the Clevelands. The new MB and CB irons have class. They should have made these wedges look like those irons. just my opinion.

I was surprised by the big change to the back of the club. I'm not strongly for or against, it's just meh to me, but it's always interesting when a company changes from their established look.

Not sure if anybody has mentioned this yet but apparently there’s an “A” grind. “A”aron dill, perhaps?

I believe A grind has been done in Wedgeworks release in the past so wouldn’t be shocked to see it again. Hoping we get more info on these soon

Have used vokey wedges most of my golfing life but these do not look as good as I hoped. Will need to wait and see how they feel before fully counting them out though.

In the past the Raw's didn't come out till about 2 months after the retail release, but the 7's were available at the same time on wedgeworks as the initial retail release so here's to hoping the same will be true for the 8's.

Yes, from my understanding, it is for Aaron Dill. He did release a Wedge works model as the AD grind before, but to simplify, I could see it just as an "A". I'll have to go back and check the AD grind to see if it is the same.

The Player Forged wedges are my favorite all time. I went through a few ELK and DLIII wedges. I'm sure if l looked I could put the whole set together. Great memories!

I'm always surprised by the number of people on here that hit the ball with the back of the club or can even see the back of the club at address. This is the cleanest these have ever looked.

Been using Titleist wedges since the original spin milled. Still have my SM6s in the bag. Got SM7s and gave them away - weren't for me. These? If I wanted wedges that looked like Taylormade irons I guess I'd switch brands altogether.

If I'm lucky enough to be able to test wedges this summer I'll still see how they feel, but it may be time to head over to Callaway wedges, we'll see.

Agreed! I do not care how they look in my bag. I care about how they look at address and how they perform!

How does this design change the performance of the 46, sm7 vs. sm8? If I read this forum correctly it will launch higher and more forgiving. Is the correct?

Count me as one of the ones that doesn't care what the back of the club looks like. I've gone through the paint fill, Scratch Golf, custom ferrel, wedgeworks, yada yada influenced from this site and I still end up with stock Vokeys. I cannot wait for the 56 D-grind and figure it out the other 2 from there. I've had fun building a bag on aesthetics but it never helped my score.

Given that the show is only 3 weeks out I assume that Titleist is waiting until then for the big media push with orders shipping in March.

My fitter is on staff with Titleist and he mentioned March 8th they should be available.
