Play what ever that feels right for you and never mind grip charts, they cant tell how it feel for you.

The charts out there suggest i should play standard with 2 layers of BU tape or 0.930", but i play JUMBO (1.020") or even Jumbomax XL on one of them, and anything below MID with some BU dont feel right at all to me.

Grip size standard say we shall measure diameter 2 inch below the grip butt, but it say nothing about the size for the lowest hand, and Golfpride has in general a sharp taper and very small diameter for the lowest hand, thats why they make the MCC+4 and other +4 models. Plus 4 means 4 layers of BU under the lowest hand or equal to GP MID size with the sharp taper they has as standard.

Agreed with @"Howard Jones", its all about feel. Measurement charts and guidelines are good starting points but from there it is completely up to you.

Absolutely. The charts say I should be playing standard bordering on undersize, but I've been playing Winn Dri Tac Midsize for a couple years now, and I'll never go back to standard size grips. The larger grips just feel more comfortable in my hands, and help me keep a lighter grip on the club.

I went to oversize on one club as an experiment, and it felt great, but I eventually went back to midsize because I found I was having trouble turning my hands over. Not completely convinced that was due to the grip, as it was also a new club, so I may try going to oversize with another club at some point.

Thanks, was thinking of trying it on a single club as an experiment. Can't think of a better way to test it out.

Like wise I have small paws but use midsize grips with 2 layers of tape, I have arthritis in my hands and wrists and the extra thickness just feels a bit more comfortable.

I have smaller hands and just recently put on oversized grips. So, far not fond of them and want to swap them out. The best sized grip I have found is the Golf Pride CP2 grips standard size. They have less taper so you can choke down and the grip doesn't get too small. I really like the profile of the grip. Also the compound is great. Super grippy and stay grippy for a long time.

This year I regripped my irons with all sorts of configurations. Undersize, standard, standard +1, +2, etc. I didn't come to any conclusions, so if you find something that feels good to you, take some measurements of the grip size on the club, inner diameter of the grip, and the diameter of the shaft, and go with it.

A friend of mine switched to jumbo max grips (I think Bryson uses them) and he's a long drive competitor. Said it's the best thing he has ever done, he's a strong but smaller guy that relies on rotation for speed so for him, it quieted the hands down and let's him just turn as hard as possible. Last year I personally switched to midsize grips and love it it. So ymmv but small hands definitely don't equal small grips
