Need help identifying if this Scotty is real or fake?

Hello all,

Made the purchase of a Scotty Cameron Newport Select 2 in jest (I know, I know) but ultimately I got cold feet and ended up going to a local shop, got fitted and ordered a custom Bettinardi. Well now I have this Scotty, and 30 days to return for money back fortunately, but before I return it I would like to find out if it is real or fake. If it is real I plan on offering it around to my buddies and see if any of them are interested rather than return the putter flat out. I appreciate it in advance! Please let me know if more pics are needed

I think I may have gotten in my own head about the possibility of purchasing a counterfeit club. There probably was no legitimate reasoning for my concern.

So, you're having buyer's remorse and contemplating returning it since you already bought another putter? It's yours now. Sell it yourself if you don't want it.

It’s fake. I just bought one with the same serial number.

Unless he just happened to sell it on eBay recently along with a couple others.
