Taylormade Golf Military Discount....

Hey guys just wanted to pass on for those who qualify for the military discount at Taylormade Golf, I was messing around today and to my surprise my discount was 25% and not the 15% that I seem to remember. If it has always been that way I apologize, though I think it hasn’t, but if it has been bumped to 25% and someone was on the fence well here you go!!!! OH and don’t forget your cash back sites for more savings!!

Once upon a time it was up there, and then it dropped. IIRC, the same happened to the employee discounts. Might be wrong here, but I want to say it had something to do with too many folks purchasing through the discount and then reselling it all.

 

 

If they have brought it back up to 25%, that's awesome.

can't find way to login to id.me inside tmag site. It used to be in billing section. Anybody see it?

Just a guess, but maybe log into ID.me from their site and use the banner to link over to TM?

Just ran a bit of a test. You can....

 

Log into ID.me and redirect over.

Use your ID.me login on TM to validate your account

 

In either case, start to checkout and get to the payment options. Look for the "discount" option underneath the summary on the right. It should give you the option to validate your ID (push to validate if you came from ID.me or enter in name/password info if you didn't.

 

Worked fine for me....

Just gee-wiz info I stubled upon. Callaway now offers 15% off too. Gonna start a separate thread, but figured I would share here too.

found the discount. why they hid it under the dropdown menu? so hard to find

Yeah, you got me. Funny how it didn’t show up in the “shopping cart” section. There was no option to add the discount until you start to checkout.

Side note, lucky for my bank account that they don’t offer DG AMTs as a shaft option. Having VR Pros in the bag, the P7s look very enticing for no other reason than just because.

I know the extra 10% may not seem like much to Taylormade but it is enough for me to get a Callaway instead, especially since the page state 25% at the time I contact them. And 10% on a new driver with a shaft is a lot for me.

I just feel they should honor the discount stated

I have also exchanged email and got the same response. Also, this is not my usual response. I wrote that in a very angry mood. I do wish @TaylorMade Golf would make it right but I think I'll probably just be waiting a little while longer before I get a new club.

WOW!! That’s seriously messed up there!! Clearly labeled as 25% and everything I try is coming up 15%. I feel that they should honor until they change it.

Yes and no. Depends on what you want. GEN1 stuff (woods,drivers, putters etc..) is still SOLID equipment and very afforadble. Plus who knows what they are going to do with the GEN2 irons. They may clearance those like they did the GEN1 irons. Don't sleep on the 0211 irons either, in my opinion after having them for a while, VERY NICE!!

Those clubs still have discounts.! I did not know. I was looking at Wedge for $125 but now it's not on sale anymore, I thought all of gen 1 disappeared.

I agree Gen1 is still solid products.
