So I've been looking to order a few custom scorecard holders as gifts (along with one for me) and I came across Bluegrass Fairways. From everything I've read and seen, these are perfect and just what I'm looking for. Here's the issue - I've been trying to get ahold of someone at the company via phone and email for about a week now and have yet to hear anything back.

 

Has anyone else had issues getting in touch / placing orders? Would like to run a few questions by them before making a custom order. Thanks.

Never an issue. Weird.

 

I have ordered two things: pouch and scorecard holder. Both times I had several emails for Q&A, and Matt was very responsive and helpful.

Hmmmm. Very weird. I submitted via the website and tried to call him a few times. No response. Hopefully I’ll get something in a day or two

I can't comment on the delay in response time, but a scorecard holder from Bluegrass Fairways has been one of my best golf purchases ever. You won't be disappointed.

Anyone recently order after the holidays? I placed on order on 1/5, received a follow up email on 1/12, replied the same day, and haven’t heard anything since then. Sent another email to check on status on 1/22 that hasn’t been answered.

 

I suspect they’re swamped coming out of the holidays, but I figured I would check.

I ordered one to be shipped to the UK and dealt with Matt directly. He could not have been more helpful and the scorecard holder in Dublin blue is stunning. Can’t speak highly enough of Bluegrass.

Just recently found these guys on IG. Everything looks top notch which makes sense why the entire website is Sold Out (headcovers, valuable bags, some books).

 

I assume they are just subject to delivery as everyone else is for goods.

 

Anyone have good reviews of their products?

I received a scorecard holder from them a few months ago, and it appears to be well made. Definitely a fan of it.

Anyone have issue with the pencil holder stretching out? Mine wont hold a pencil at all now, have to leave it on my front pocket with leave me prone to being stabbed.
