Ben Crenshaw's putter is a good one.

I thought of the Response putter, but Nicklaus only used that in one Major victory (though it was arguably his most famous Master's win). I didn't include his White Fang for the same reason. His George Low was, too me, his most iconic putter, but I'm not sure if he kept the same one or changed them out. There are stories of him collecting George Low putters and others like it.

To be honest, when I think of Gary Player (which, admittedly, is not all that often), I think of his bunker play. I didn't know he had a well-used putter.

The screw does not stick out the other side of the weight so it can't touch the weight trackEven if it did, it leaves white marks...why? And why are the marks all over the place instead of in one perfectly straight line?Everyone else has white tee marks on their driver, but when Tiger has white marks they are from...a metal screw?

I bet he is the knuckle head that said that. I mean its crazy that guys actually think this when there is white tee marks on every face of every driver. Go back to M2/1 days and you see the same tee marks.

Yes these guys are THAT good! If Tiger can wear out a spot on his putter than why wouldn’t he be so accurate with the driver he has white tee marks i the weight channels which are right desd nuts middle of the face.

I believe TW plays his pw at 49°. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe that’s correct. To my knowledge he never carried a GW because I don’t think there was ever any gap to fill. Not sure if his 56 is really 56 though...any ideas? I assume it is but I haven’t read up much on his specs throughout the years.

based on what Taylormade has released to the public as "Tiger's specs" his PW is 49, but it has been rumored that his pw could be 49.5 or 50 loft in the past. Not sure the truth to that.

He did play Mizuno MP-14 early in his career, which had a 50° pw.

It’s been 49 for awhile. There was a post here with his clubs specs when he was with Nike which showed his pw at 49 and TM is stating 49 for his current setup as well.

Interesting that the G.O.A.T. doesn’t have any of those famous and expensive Scotty’s marketing (and registered trademarks) stamps like GSS, Circle T or “For Tour Only”. Instead, it features “Tiger Woods” and the most valuable item, that amazingly worn sweet spot!

He didn’t know anything about Players putter either. Just “Gary Players putter”. If it’s that famous tell us what is is but I do not recall him keeping a famous putter forever like Crenshaw, Tiger or Jack’s George Low.

Could’ve sworn I just read Tiger saying the TW milled grind was great because he could just get new wedges made and everyone would be the same. It is not the same as a retail grind.
