New Mizuno M-Craft putters

I don't think the issue is more putter brands, I think the problem starts with certain companies bringing out so many lines of putters that don't sell.

More seriously, since my dad got a putter (edel) with a weight kit i've been interested in the concept of different weights for different conditions.

I rotate thru 3 similar head shapes for this same effect, but my lady would definitely appreciate me only having 1 to rule them all.

I’ve been gaming Mizzy RB Tour X at the end of the year. Durability was an issue though. I’ve bounced between Pro V1X and the RB Tour X ??

Ordered mine today. #3 mallet. I loved the 1/4 shaft offset. I tend to pull putts, but sometimes with less offset, the putter looks closed. This one sat square and flat. Absolutely no opening or closing sitting on the ground.

I'm going to drop by my local Superstore and/or Golf Galaxy this afternoon and see if they're out. I'm on the fence between the satin and the blue. I have the blue S5 wedges and really like it, but that satin looks pretty sweet.

Feel is perfect to me and as you would expect from a milled carbon head. Not too soft, not too hard. I will say, plan on getting a head cover because the one that comes with it (although good looking) is garbage.

It's weird that Mizuno's website doesn't let you customize the specs at all. I guess you have to call them, or go through a dealer.

Thanks for posting pics. I still don't understand the bumpers on that model with the plumber's neck. The heel bumpers are clearly thicker and it appears they would have more mass than the toe bumpers.

But that's exactly the opposite of how you would normally weight the head with a PN.

Wanted to like these, but not a fan of the asymmetrical bumpers and sharp edges. Thought they would be a little sleeker in appearance.

I am a Mizuno fan who unfortunately lives in Canada meaning the only other iteration of Mizuno putter I currently have is the Bettinardi-Mizuno collaboration 15yrs ago. i probably would just collect that headcover anyways and play with another one. Can’t wait to try it when it arrives in Canada.

I guess you'll just have to see them in person or roll one for yourself. Mizuno doesn't have a solid reputation for designing golf clubs, so you're probably right.

? Heel side bumper is way bigger. Also the toe side shoulder slopes down way more than heel side which is why the bumpers are different looking. Makes it look terrible to me from behind, but if you can't tell from address than it shouldn't matter.

Rolled one yesterday. Liked the black more than the satin, which was a surprise to me. It feels fine, but nothing spectacular that would scream $300. Mizzy has a great reputation for the irons and wedges. They have improved the woods over the last few years, and hopefully this is the start for the putters.

Picked on up the "I" today in the blue. Had every intention of the "II" blade (plumber's neck) but found myself pushing the ball. The toe hang in the "I" fit my arching stroke much better. They feel really nice and look even better in person.

The bumpers are asymmetrical, not incredibly so, but I suspect they're weighted as such to facilitate the varying degrees of toe hang. The heel side bumper is not bigger, the toe side bumper is bigger (thicker), at least in the model I purchased.
