could it help some? Sure...
but the same .355 shaft is still connected to the head at a single point... sooooooo...
Oh... and the CER-VX irons got screenshotted and sent to so many. Thanks for that dynamite drop in. Made my day
We will, the truss will be not visible but built into the hosel and running through to the bottom of the club using graphite/ carbon fiber rods.
I noticed that Cer VX was an over sized model... I wonder what the feel was like?
The name isn't bad. it describes exactly the tech.
I think the OS model allows the player to more easily dial-ate on their yardages.
If Tiger bags this and win the Masters, I will THINK about it. Maybe.
CER-VX made me spit on my keyboard.
very corny name indeed
in God we Truss
... have we checked the release date? Maybe it’s 4/1?
must have said someone with a full bag of TM
like the other said before: Rocketballz
I agree that they look hideous... But in my opinion, the name Truss isn't that bad. I have heard worse for sure.

If you hit your putt hard enough to twist the face, you should probably hit that shot with 7i instead.
If TM is the king of Mount BS, Scotty Cameron is the Queen of BS
Is it weird that I just bought 2 of them?😁
Seriously, I can't even get behind this one, and if anyone could it would be me...
A few pros (inc. Byeong-Hun An, Matt Wolff, etc.) are 'gaming' them, but feel it will be short lived. To an earlier post, An was missing everything last weekend with the thing sad to say. In all seriousness, TM makes great and highly regarded putters, why put this out without some serious consultation with serious consumers??
Considering the investment to produce, market and distribute a product in a very competitive industry, seems really questionable.
Rocketballz and Diablo have the worst name gold medals...

When I see "Truss." I think of::
Fred Garvin: Male Prostitute.
If you made putts with a putter called "White Supremacy" would you use it? What if it was called "The Hitler" putter? Or the Ebola putter?
I think names matter to some extent.
Your situation is too extreme to be a good example. No company is going to ever name any consumer product after something grossly offensive.
I find this kind of offensive...
Or would they?
Was able to demo the Truss this past weekend at an indoor shop; the one that looked like and anser. To me, if it works ,the looks are fine. It lays face balance, no toe hang. Standing over the putt it looks like any other anser; no issue with that at all. The issue was I couldn't putt with it. At 8 ft. I would miss 3 in a row over and over left and right with it, switch to a Ping anser style (Sigma 2) and drain 3 over and over, Stroklab #9 drain 3 over and over, face balance Taylor made Chaska same, 3 in a row over and over. The Truss just didn't do it for me.
Truss is bad but there's a lot of bad names out there. Stroke Lab has always sounded like a cheesy adult movie title. 2 major oem's competing for worst putter name.
I feel the same way about SuperStroke grips...
Hahaha the TB2 model looks like the business end of a vacuum cleaner. Surely your cat will freak out for no apparent reason when you bring out the TRUSS for some indoor putting practice (I know, maybe 8% of you have a cat in the house)
Right-handed Canadian golfer swinging left = bad idea!
