Club Corp North Dallas

What are the dues and such for the 3 main club corp facilities in north Dallas? I know the drawbacks of Club Corp but to get the wife to agree to joining the place will need tennis and a pool and i can't afford the 50K for the better clubs. So here are the ones i was thinking of:

Prestonwood

Stonebridge Ranch

Stonebriar

Just joined Stonebridge Ranch. Got both clubs included. Initiation is listed at 10k and dues are at $760 with the one membership.

Prestonwood is the cheapest of the 3 but I don't know the specific amount.

Stonebriar just went up to $908/month and initiation is $35k refundable or $25k non-refundable before any promos. They are currently doing a $2.5M pool and tennis renovation which will be ready in time for Summer.

If you haven't talked to Stonebriar yet and want to save an extra $2k send me a PM.

Wow how did you get both clubs for $10K?!? I looked at joining the Dye Course to get both and initiation was $35K. Clearly I was doing something wrong. Do tell me your ways lol.

Where do you actually physically live ?

These 3 clubs are decently spaced out. Prestonwood to Stonebridge is over 20 miles away. Even stonebriar to stonebridge is over 10 miles. If the basis of you joining is high usage (pool, tennis, and golf) then location plays a huge factor, last thing you want is an hour+ round trip multiple times a week

121 and the tollway. I would not consider 10-20 miles out of the way at all.

The budget clubcorp country clubs (Prestonwood, Brookhaven, Canyon Creek) are mostly around $2-4k initiation and then $500-580 range for adult membership (junior executive for both is like mid to high 300s).

Initiation fee for those type of clubs can be waived or heavily reduced real quick since those courses don't really care about being exclusive, they just want to sell as many memberships as possible.

Prestonwood is considered good value since you get both the Hills course (near your house) and the creek course (just south of george bush on the tollway). Hills course has pool and golf and the creek course has pool, golf, and tennis.

I've only played the Creek course and I liked it. Clubcorp has poured a good amount of money into it since they bought it in 2014. Really the only thing I didn't like about the creek course was that the practice area is small (same with canyon creek).
