All I am going to say is knowing how a ball is balanced matters a lot more then if it is ball is balanced. How you choose to use that knowledge on a ball is what is important and I am not going to spell it out for everyone here but the information is out there if you search for it.

Longest off the tee and great around the green.

Switched over from Wilson Duo-U because one of the Duo-U balls had a paint smear right on the "W" in Wilson.

Cost him 4 strokes and the Tournament.

New XS is a real winner. I've never seen short game from my kid like I have with this ball so far.

We are just starting our 2020 ball testing got a sleeve of all 4 Bridgestone new balls. Hit driver with them and wedges and a few full short irons with them. With Driver they seem very long, maybe longer then the ball she currently uses we didn't hit many drives with each yet. I do think the X series was longer off the tee but maybe 5 yards, but that wasn't her best driving day so hard to really judge on distance but based on where we were on the course I'd say probably 5 to 10 yards longer.

The main difference is short game spin. Gave her a bunch of 20-50 yard shots to hit. The XS and RXS both had crazy amount of spin. I'm talking one hop and stop for a 9 year old girl. She never had spin like that around the green. When back to 50 yards and again same result quick bite to the green. The X and RSX didn't spin as much (as its not designed to do so) but it checked pretty quick as well much better bite then the AVX she currently uses. Hit a few balls into a par 3 again the xs line just stops. X a bit more roll out. More testing is needed as that was just one day.

My son (16) likes it for the green side spin. He loves to throw darts at the flag so a ball that has no check for him, has no home.

Its seems about equal of the tee. He hasn't lost any distance with it over the 2 years. I know he likes the feel over it on the irons and full wedges.

AVX was he ball of choice when it was prototype. Problem was he didn't get the green side spin he wanted.

He has TM Mill Grind 2 wedges. With a 60 degree wedge and a XS on a full shot he can generate over 10K spin.

When he was 13 he had to have the prov1X and lost so much distance.

Buts it’s a lot softer compression wise. It’s 1/3 or more softer and uses very similar tech from the tp5 line.
