My dad was the local pro...that day sealed my fate, been a pga class A since 1978 Our course was a 9 holer out the middle of no where (west texas).

Great threat. Wish I had been doing this my entire golf career, but my ball marker collection (from either where i've played, or visited)

The collection is hi-lighted by a pin from Cypress that I shaved down and turned into a ball marker

I have a few items I would categorize this way:

I have some 1920's irons and a driver of my grandmothers which have been refinished and are casually displayed. My WRX clubhead speed precludes me from taking them out to play (haha). I also have a jar of silver dollars. My grandfather collected them to mark his golf ball and then after the round he would give it to the bag boy as the tip, he passed away in '79 so long before his time, but he always made sure to have one with him whenever he played golf. I will sometimes use one of his silver dollars when I am playing.
