The Grint does it. Not sure of pricing structure. Think maintaining a GHIN is like $19 a year.

You currently cannot log into GHIN with the WHS number provided by TheGrint if you buy a new one through them, correct. However if you already have an existing GHIN#, you can link it up in TheGrint and the scores you post there will sync to GHIN. It is by far the best way to do so, IMO, as their app is leaps and bounds above everything else.

For those looking to buy a new number, rest assured that the number provided by TheGrint is exactly the same as GHIN and works with all golf associations and tournament registries. The reason you cannot log in to GHIN specifically is purely a business decision on GHINs behalf. They have all your information and all your scores (as they are required to for PCC/etc), they just simply block your access when your front end provider is TheGrint. If you ask me it is rather infuriating given that the new system is supposed to be about unification.

Q71X28LJI3NQ.pngIf you’re looking for a score keeping and stat app to add your score to your GHIN number, look no farther than the GHIN app. Hole by hole stat tracking and score posting right in the app. Hopefully that’s what’s your looking for. I’ve posted a handful this year using it and aside from the out of order posting (you’ll see what I mean) it does what you are looking for

@wideright12 In the GHIN app, can you score each hole, with stats, as you play? And then at the end post the entire hole-by-hole round? That is what I've been using TheGrint for and frankly the GHIN app has been lacking in the past, sometimes not even working at all, so I've shied away from it for anything other than posting scores. And now that TheGrint, and others, can link your GHIN and post for you, I guess I'm less likely, not sure yet. However, it would be nice to not spend the $19 on TheGrint and not have a second app to use.

You can. I’ve used it as my scorecard, entering stats as I go, or entered hole by hole with stats after the round. Once you are done it posts the scores and you can go back and pull up avg stats for all rounds you’ve posted that way or individual rounds. The only thing it does not have is GPS and the stats you track are fairways hit or missed (left, right, short, long), GIR, and putts

This was a new addition with the app in its update in January. I posted 5 rounds when I was in NC and had no issues at all. The new app is worlds better than the old one that I didn’t even have on my phone because of how useless it was. I got rid of grint, golfshot and any other stat tracking apps after my test run.

More power to you if you can get the official app to actually work. Crashed on launch for me when I tried the new WHS update and never went back. Make sure to sort the app store reviews by most recent if you question why it sits at 2.2/5 stars.

Works like a charm for me, otherwise I would drop it as well. I’ve been in and out of it to post those screenshots over the past couple of days and haven’t had so much as a glitch. Same goes for when I used it in January. My buddy used it as well with our issue. I don’t work for them or do the program so I really couldn’t care less about the reviews if it works for me. Most failsafe way to do it is keep track on the written scorecard and transfer to whatever app for stat tracking you use afterwards. Nothing like entering everything to have your phone die or app crash and have it all lost in the middle of your round

FYI, The USGA STILL hasn't fixed their horrible security changes which only require last name and GHIN to log in. Last year you had a personal password that you managed.USGA, are you listening? This is not acceptable. A person can easily log in as another user and post scores, AND look up the personal information that someone may have entered for their account.
