Close enough length wise and my dispersion was better with the 190. I found I was catching the ball really high on the face with the 200 often. I tested with the same shaft/shafts in both. Might have been a head weight thing, I did not swing/head weight them while I was testing.

I have the 60s in my F9 and for some reason it is almost unplayable to me - shocking right push and sore forearms for day. I Switched it out for a 5 year old Matrix vclt stiff from my cobra fly z and suddenly I was happy again.

real talk... ppl say it’s more accurate and slightly longer than other shafts.

For me it launched way too low and I didn't like the feel.

Totally swing dependent like everything else in golf.

I came from an original hzrds yellow to the smoke, and it was ok. It didn't do anything any better for me, than the yellow, and the yellow felt better to me. I was then fit for the st200 and got put into the Atmos black 6s. I ended up buying a 190 with the 7s, and good Lord what a shaft. It is by far the best shaft I've ever played. It's the first shaft that really makes a difference to me. It's just as long as the yellow and smoke but 10x straighter. I don't hook it or cut it off the planet like I could the hzrdus. I really can't say enough good things about it.

with shafts being very swing dependent I know there are people who like the smoke, but for me its one of the most awful shafts ive tried when hitting stock demo setups. absolutely hated it. both original hzruds black and yellow are much better shafts for me

I definitely agree with the accuracy part 100%... but I haven't found it to be longer. Yea plenty of people have, but for me its about 5 yards short on avg which really doesnt make a big difference honestly. Ive found it to spin slightly more so maybe thats why its more accurate also. But its definitely keep the ball more centered so I am not complaining

fair, obviously individual results may vary. I think we agree the most commented trait about the shaft is the accuracy and I haven’t ever heard anyone complain about hitting too many fairways. I have a blue and black arriving tomorrow, looking forward to give them a spin.

is the blue going in a fairway??? Either way let me know how you like the blue. The black is incredibly stable without feeling stiff, just flat out stable... Im debating putting the blue in a fairway for slightly more launch and spin. My Tensei pro orange feels awesome but its a ball speed monster that I dont need in a fairway

So I have a black and blue coming for the driver tomorrow, and a blue coming today for a fairway. Based upon the Fuji chart the blue is supposed to be pretty similar in spin to the black but with more launch. I have been contemplating the Red for a fairway should the blue not be a home run (hopefully it will be).

Good idea with the Red.. just looked at the charts and the red with stiff tip and ultra stiff handle sounds better to me for a fairway. The blue does look very similar to the black

The HZRDUS Smoke I hated. The feel of it felt strange the moment I picked it up. Felt too light. Even when it was swingweighted to my favored number it still felt weird like the grip end felt light or something. I couldn't feel the head much with it.

The only shaft brands I seem to get along with are Mitsubishi and Fujikura. True Temper graphite shafts such as hzrdus or projec x I find terrible.

Playing the ST200G for the first time. It definitely whistles. Only noticeable when taking my practice swings. Love the club though. Bummer on the whistle.

On the heel hits are penalized pretty good.

hit it somewhere near the sweet spot and she is golden.

I have yet to test it but I want a driver with very consistent spin numbers from shot to shot and tight dispersion. No good having spin jump around a bit. I'd like 200 revs between the highest and lowest value for most half decent strikes.

I really like the fact that Mizuno says the RPM's vary by approx 500 with weights all the way forward vs back. Combine that with loft adjustments and you could probably dial the launch/spin exact where you want it.

I think pretty much all drivers are going to do this. The CG is constant and if you strike it similar with the same delivery, you'll get the same spin. Now, if you're talking one shot is 10mm high and 10mm toe and another is 10mm low and 10mm heel, you're going to get differences in spin. You can minimize those differences by pulling the CG as far away from the face as possible. Of course that also tends to increase spin. You really can't have your cake and eat it too.

The 'flavor of the month' shaft. You can literally find a thread every single year on the 'hot shaft'. Like any shaft, it is dependent on the swing. It is a good fit for some. Not a good investment for others.

I sold my M6 to a friend this weekend who hit it better than I did so I needed a new driver. I decided on the scientific approach since every time I have a fitting I hit it great for a couple of months and then my swing must go astray? I decided to have a couple of Tank 7's after work and headed to the local range. It came down to the ST with Diamana Blue S+ 60 stiff, Titleist TS2 with EvenFlow T1100 White 65 6.0. I had enjoyed an ST190 the first of last season so I was excited to hit the new iteration from Mizuno.

I was surprised but the Titleist came home with me and it really was a pretty easy decision outside of the fact I was expecting to buy the Mizuno. I certainly don't want to downplay what I think is a great product from Mizuno, I just did not get the results I had hoped for. I was not on the monitor, but this was by choice. I feel like I can groove anything after some swings on the monitor. When I get on the grass watching flight, things aren't as scripted if you will. I was just able to hit the Titleist where I wanted while the Mizuno stayed right on me.

Yes, shafts were not the same. I get this was not apples to apples but I needed a driver before tomorrow morning and for at least today, the Titleist was easier for me to keep in play, felt a little better, and seemed a little longer.

Finally got a chance to hit it tonight and I could not hear the whistling but it was a in a simulator place with a lot of people hitting and talking in other bays. I fiddled with a lot of the positions but ended up playing it with both weights slightly forward.

Not sure if my swing was a little different today or if it was going from GC quad to trackman but I couldn’t quite hit 160 ball speed consistently. I would say 158-159 was the norm but my left to right dispersion was really good.

I did manage to hit 160 a few times and took a picture of one of them.

Overall really liking the driver and excited to keep dialing it in!

200g is a good driver, hit it today, more ballspeed than sim and lower spin for me. Still prefer ping drivers but could game 200g and speedzone easily
