At the current moment I am gaming the cobra bio cell+ fairway. It is great of the tee, however from the fairway is it not the best to launch. What 3 wood do you guys recommend, and isn't to expensive, older models are also welcome

Callaway XR 16 is the easiest fairway I've ever hit and can be had very cheap. Callaway Epic Flash is the best performing fairway I've ever hit and you can find those pretty inexpensive as well.

I just went through an exhausting trial and landing on ping g410 LST with Tensei orange. Hot off the face, easy to hit (I mainly hit it mainly off the deck).

Not enough info technically. What's your club speed (or maybe, how far do you hit said 3w?). Generally speaking, the more speed you have the less loft you can get away with using. If you're an "average joe" then honestly I'd go right to the 18* 5w. I'm fairly fast, probably carrying my 3w around 255-260-ish and I still use 16.5* as my 3w club.

Exotics ex10 beta has been awesome for me. Launches high and is super fast. I went with a heavier shaft to tighten dispersion. Rocket launcher

Another vote for Mavrik. I still like my Titleist 917 F2s, but I've had two sessions now with the Mavrik and I'm very impressed. Feels amazing, looks great behind the ball. I'm sure people will say to just get Epic Flash but I'm one who didn't get along with Epic Flash. I didn't like the feel as much as Mavrik and I never liked that ridge that bisects the crown. Mavrik is much cleaner. If I were going to get a cheaper Callaway FW I would probably skip Epic Flash and get a Rogue. Great FW that looks very nice at address.

Then speed isn't an issue. There's so many you can use... really anything with a low and back CG. Ping is generally regarded as best for off the deck because of shallow face designs. I've also found Cobra woods very easy to elevate, at least the newer models (F7 and newer).

I'd say just go demo some of the 2020 models. All fairway woods are really good now a days and get the ball in the air easily (except for sub zero) so it's a matter of personal preference around looks, sound and feel. Older models can be hard because you can't find them to demo, so you're basically buying blind.

Taylor Made M2 or M4 (High Launch) seem to work well and are reasonably priced at the moment.

I'd have to agree. I recently picked one up and I'm not only surprised at how long it is, but also how easy it is from the deck.
