Scotty Cameron Select Fastback Putter comparison

Hello,

I'm looking for a new putter and the Scotty Cameron Select Fastback Putter has the best toe hang for me so far. This is not the Scotty Cameron Select Fastback 2 which has a different toe hang.

Can anyone recommend a putter like Scotty Cameron Select Fastback Putter with the same toe hang?

Are you still looking for a Scotty Fastback? I have a Scotty California Fastback available for sale.

The Select Fastback 1 is more face-balanced than the 2 (i.e. less toe hang)

So it sounds like you want a face-balanced putter, which is a better fit for people with "square-to-square" putting strokes.

I did a quick search just now and found a few options by Ping, Taylor Made, Odyssey.

Putters are very personal. I recommend you go to Golf Galaxy, Dicks or whatever your local store is, ask them which putters are face-balanced and try a few.

Just the other day I bought a new 2018 Select Fastback! It’s my first Cameron since the Tei3! Out of curiosity, what changes are you looking for in your search? While this Fastback may not be the best feeling nor the prettiest putter I have, it seems awfully easy to putt with. Love that I could get it light in weight too!

The Bettinardi Studio Stock 38 has a touch of toe hang similar to the Fastback.

Many of the newer Cameron mallets do too.

Often times long neck putters will have a little bit as well. I know my Tei3 Newport Long neck does.

I also have a few center shafted putters with about the same amount. All of the Odyssey #5 CS putters for example.
