I do as well. Just picked up a 6s though. Gonna see how that plays. Gonna try out all stiff shafts. Hopefully that'll help with my back issues.

 

there is a black stiff version of the Di-6, it also being lower torque than the orange.

The black AD DI specs are the same as the orange

Switched shafts in my driver new set up is 2016 M2 9.5 with Graphite Design Tour AD DI-6s.

I have a 3 wood speeder 665 R in a great big bertha head with a 11g in the sole and some additional lead tape in the AWT track as I cant buy a second AWT weight.

 

Have it set to 12.5 and I have really improved my consistency and accuracy since making the shaft switch.

Going in for a fitting this weekend. Not really sure what to get. But will let the numbers to the talking. Played with a 917d2 with a diamana s+ 60s and that shaft was amazing. But the loft of the driver had me around 3500rpm spin at its lowest.

Have my eyes set on a g400, 917,or an gbb epic. Not a huge fan of Taylormade. If the titleist has even close number to the others I'll probably be doing that. And they're all around the same price currently.

Got my new driver. Really wanted to like the 917d3. Felt best with the rouge max shaft. But my spin numbers where still to high. Ended up going with the ping g400 Lst 10°, Ping tour 65 shaft in stiff. Perfect combo for me. Good spin. Great launch. Great sound and feel off the face. I would recommend the g400 to anyone. Just try all the heads and choose the one that performs.

915 D2 set at 9.75 motore Speeder vc 6.2 ts stiff 44.5". Just set this up a couple months ago and it's the best I've ever driven the ball in the 3 years I've been golfing.

I have recently started back after a 12 year hiatus. Decided to actually buy good used equipment instead of trying to play Walmart crapclubs.

 

Current drive is a Ping G25 I got for a good price. Had a regular flex shaft. I stopped by Edwin Watts and they installed an Aldila NV 75 stiff flex shaft. I hit pretty decent but I had no consistency. Somehow found this forum and folks were talking about driver lengths. So I got the shaft cut down so it plays at 44.5" and had it gripped with some Golf Pride Align grips. I am not hitting the ball where I want it to go and am consistently hitting the ball 240+ yds.

i have 2 different drivers depending on how my swing is and the weather. My newest is a m1 with a diamana blue stiff flex 62 gram weight area. My other driver is a 913d3 head in a 935 loft with a USt attas 9x super heavy shaft for lower ball flight. Swing speed used to be in the 105-110 range

Well I knew I wasn’t a huge hitter as most of my drives are about 240 yards, but my fitting today was a sobering experience. 94mph swing speed, 134mph ball speed and given an evenflow 5.5 in my new m3 at 12 degrees. The change in flight though is a huge improvement over my g driver

That's what makes the fitting worth while to me. Being able to watch that ball go where you want it to easier than thinking that you need more shaft than you actually do.

Currently playing a titleist 910d3 8.5 turned up to 9.25. Diamana Ltd d+ 70 stiff

Was playing a 910 d2 9.5 but found this d3 with original ust v2. Sold the g400 lst a few months ago had some really long drives but got really inconsistent with it. Went back to titleist which is what I played before.

Been playing a 10.5 degree 915D2 with a Graphite Design Tour AD DI 7S for two seasons now and nothing else has come close in relation to distance/accuracy.

Ping G410 LST 9* turned down to 7.5 no bias, with a Tensei Orange 70X shaft, standard ping grip.

I love everything about it. I cracked the face of my Ping G30 ls tec driver with the tour 60x shaft and was supper bummed about that. I loved that driver, but the G410 lst out performs it for me. My launch angle is higher on the G410 than the G30 by about 1 1/2 degrees, but my spin is lower by 5-600 rpms

it feels a lot heavier than my G30 (it is shaft wise anyways, and I haven’t looked into the head weight) but the swing speed and ball speed are about the same I average 1mph slower on the G410 for swing speed, but maintain the same ball speed, if not slightly higher with the G410. My misses are better and fewer with the G410, but if I flushed both drivers, I would see between 1-2 mph ball speed increase with the G410 lst with fewer RPMs

Taylormade r1 with a ust matsumiya lei2000 shaft. I got it from the clearance bin at 2nd swing, haven't played it on course yet and still debating about swapping it out with my Taylormade r7 superquad.
