by far the most stable shaft ive ever had. not stiff like a hzrdus black or t1100, but flat out stable. I went with 6x and its perfect

I've only been able to hit inside on a simulator twice but as many have said it's the most stable shaft I've hit. I have a Ventus Black 7X in a SIM fairway coming from a M5 Fairway with a Fuji Speeder Evo 757X and I was seeing 3-4mph ball speed increase and 10 yards further carry. Can't wait to get it outside to see the results but very promising so far.

Just got a ventus 6x in and I’m excited to try it out.

 

Ive been playing an epic flash triple diamond the last year and have loved it. The ventus has a TM tip. Should I try it in a SIM first? Anyone have an opinion on SIM over EF triple diamond?

I ordered a SIM 9 deg with Ventus Black 7X a few weeks back but according to TM the earliest shipping date was around 3/13 for the shaft. Have been anxiously waiting to get mine and test it out. Have been playing a really old Fuji Evo I Speeder 757 tour spec 7.2x and been waiting for a new Fuji shaft to move into since I hate the look of the blue/red shaft. Just performed so well it stayed in my driver but hoping this Ventus does the trick because the black will look good for years to come. Just wondering if I want to get a Ventus Black 8X in my TS3 3 wood or a Ventus Blue. Have T1100 right now and like the ball flight just don't love the feel. Anyone know if the Black or Blue Ventus would be more similar to that shaft?

I thick black would be similar just feel more smooth than t1100. Pretty sure that's the consensus I think, black more stable

Testing Ventus Black in Mavrik SZ 7* vs Ventus Black Sim 8* next week. Ventus Black produces great numbers in Mavrik SZ, but still interested to see how Sim performs with this shaft.

Didn’t miss a fairway till 11 today, hit 2 blocks, but was my tempo, seemed longer than I was hitting the smoke.

I had it in my OG Epic today, but was hitting my 2016 GBB better last fall, trying that combo tomorrow.

Feels great, really stable.

I have a 7x coming that is 45” and has not Been tipped at all.

Im right in that range and had a 6X untipped that held up just fine. Gave me a straight to baby fade ball flight, my miss is not the left side though so may be completely different for you.

I'm 115mph and tipped the 7x a 1/2 inch based on suggestions from fujikura. It's perfect.

Yep, driver pairing sealed for 2020, 2016 GBB with Ventus Black 6s, dual sliders, 46”.

2 guys we played with today said I was boring to watch off the tee, fairway after fairway today.

I play HZRDUS smoke in all my fairways.

moved from Tensei Pro White 70TX to Ventus Black 8X and am very happy with the results. I like the Ventus Blue in fairways, but the Black unlocks the tee shot for me. Blue was good, felt a little loose at times, black was exactly what I was wanting.

I have an old Fuji Motore Speeder 7.2TS that I trimmed down to fit; it used to be my favorite driver shaft. Now it's my second favorite shaft, with the Ventus Black taking the top spot.

This is what im trying to figure out too. Ideally id want a Ventus Blue but its hard finding a good price. Plus the eBay market is flooded with the "made for" blue and red TM shafts

 

Currently have a Tensei Pro Orange in my 3w but I want a little more spin. I've never tried the Pro Blue but thats also what im considering

Just switched to the Black 7x untipped in my driver, was curious about trying the black in my 3wood as well but having been using the Tensei Pro Blue 70TX for the last 4 years I am going to go with the Ventus Blue 7x tipped 1/2''. Still curious about the black but as others have said...can be expensive experiments lol

I have the Black 7X in my driver and went Red 8X in my 3 wood. I have 5 rounds on it so far, and it has performed excellent!

I have a GD Tour AD GP 7x in my 3wood and dont plan on ever changing it.

I’ve been hovering in the mid-upper 120’s lately and play the 7X untipped in a G410 LST. It seems counterproductive to tip this shaft as the tip is the stiffest part. Playing a baby fade right now that launches perfect and runs out plenty. Also playing the 8X untipped in a G410 LST 3 wood, launches super easy off the deck and just wants to go dead straight/slight fade. It’s a weapon in both clubs I have unreal confidence to aim down the left side and let it fly. Looking at picking up the 10X and sticking it in the G410 5 wood.
