In practice he's free to anchor (if he actually is anyway). I appreciate there has been an ongoing discussion regarding the thumb being connected with some players where they previously anchored to top of the grip regardless its practice not competition.

He's also free to wear socks of his choosing. I prefer tennis style but its his choice.

Forget the socks, I wonder why Vijay doesn't just go dominate on the senior tour. Why continue to play the pga tour at his age? Seems odd.

My buddy Monday qualified into the Honda this week and I built his Bettinardi, so a club I worked on is in play on the PGA Tour. It's silly, but I'm kind of pumped about it.

That's unfortunate.

I've really enjoyed following BK the last few years, but I'm starting to believe he may think he's too good for the tour and the fans. His attitude towards the non-majors along with some of the comments he's made recently about his peers and now an agent that wont allow for a simple WITB shoot. I mean... it starting to sound like Brooks doesn't give a shit about anyone expect for Brooks.

At first I didnt mind BK but after the comments,display of arrogance, and just overall demeanor the past couple of seasons. Ive started to dislike him more and more.

Recently Phil Mickelson or somebody on his team didn't let Greg shoot a WITB on him. Does that mean Phil only cares about himself? Others have done the same in the past with Greg including Tiger. Funny what triggers people around here.

I believe most of the requests to not shoot a WIT's are do to the fact that there may be a new or prototype club/s in the bag that the manufacturer doesn't want made public. That's not the case here with BK and his agent. i'm not triggered by any means... just making that obeservation that my opinion about BK may be changing as a result of some of his more recent actions and attitude. maybe @pga43 can shed some light on the situation for us

Never been told I can't shoot a WITB by Phil or anyone on his team, though I have been denied a club or two that weren't Callaway. Tiger's team asked me to wait until he had the TaylorMade equipment in the bag, which is understandable when they are trying to look after their sponsor. Brooks has never told me I can't shoot his clubs and most likely could care less but I'm following a request from his agent.

 

Shooting a player's WITB is all about the timing of when they are practicing or where they need to be when I ask.
