Twitch Trainer

I saw this training aid featured in a couple of PGA Merch show youtube vids. Has anyone have any experience with the Twitch Trainer?

I was interested in it after seeing the videos As well. Listed for $99 on their website so hesitant on getting it for what it is. Looks to be a grip with rope and towel attached to the end of it. Hope to hear some feedback as well as if the results are there it would be worth it.

How is it different than a swing fan? Other than the design? Swing fan is $30-40

I've only had it a few weeks, so I can only give basic feedback (not results):

It is a great way of training for speed without putting excess load on the wrists, etc. I bought it to use in the winter to reduce some of the load I get from SSGThe flexible middle section (it's just a rope) and soft material 'fan' helps you feel sequencing more than a fan does, but it also allows you to follow their protocols which break the swing down into bits size pieces, but still use maximum effort to wail on a smash bag without fear of injuryThe end section can be rolled up and secured with the attached Velcro, so it's more like a stick than a fan. This reduces the drag and allows you to swing with max speed. You still get enough air resistance to hear where the 'whoosh' isThe added benefit of the flexible middle section is that you can fold it up and put it in something as small as a laptop backpack. This is significant for me as I travel every week and it's the only way I've found to keep swinging hard as I travelIt's not a highly technical product, but it's simple and very well thought out. It's an evolution of the rolled-up bath towel that the inventor used to use to train. If you do SSG it's not essential IMO, but if you travel, you want something with less strain on the joints, or feel you need to work on specific segments of the swing to hone your technique, then this is very good.
