I really like the potential for LAGP growing in the shaft space. I would love to get my hands on the Trono 65tx. Glad to see they are coming out with new shafts.

I took out an old TEE hybrid with an Altus hybrid shaft this past week. I forgot how good that shaft is. A slight upgrade from LA on the Altus would spark a lot of interest.

Oof, everything I am hearing, that is a lot of shaft. I think I need a touch more help. I am interested in their putter shafts though. I wonder how an 180 gram putter shaft would feel?

Rebar isn’t always a bad thing. As far as the putter shaft at 180 grams. I think it would all depend how all that weight is distributed.

as a huge fan of the LAGP ozik black tie in my driver and red tie in a fairway, im really looking forward to the new stuff. I got to try the Trono at a driver fitting and it was a lot to handle!!! I top out around 113-114 and I did not stand a chance swinging that shaft at 75g (only one they had to try)

Are they making any of these newer shafts with Zylon? I haven’t seen that anywhere on their new marketing materials. It’s really a shame, the Matrix shafts before they chased J. Beeson off were the best in the game. Altus hybrid, Altus 2007 Proto woods, TP6/7, TP6/7HD, and the F6/7M2s still beat any shaft I’ve ever tried in terms of launch, spin, and feel.

If they would re-issue a true copy of any of those shafts, they’d fly off the shelves and populate Tour bags.

Just put one in my T22 CT. Going to test it out tomorrow for the first time. I got the 135 gram version and it is heavy. Can’t even imagine the 180. Feels great so far on practice green at home. Will report back...
