My golf today...rode my bike to the local park and hit wedge shots from 70/80/90 yards to the post in the background. Used laser rangefinder like a true nerd lol.

I still don't understand why private courses can't allow members to play as singles, walking, with cups flipped upside down. Do you even need more than one employee, if any onsite to manage that?

Going insane like so many other people. Whole tbing is crazy. I don't understand why private courses can't be open for members only even if your only allowed to play alone or with people you live with and walk I don't see how your putting anyone at risk anymore than the people out walking their dogs or jogging etc. Pull the cups out 1" and remove everything anyone can touch and it should be good to go. I know there are more important things than golf at a time like this but I think golf could help alot of people get through this tough time without being anymore of a risk than alot of things that are allowed.

Toledo and whatever county it is in is residents only. You won't get arrested but you won't be golfing either. I'm pretty sure the entire state will be following suit shortly.

Group I know on Wednesday were asked to show Ohio ID, guy gave them a break because it was a large group and they’d all driven down. They tipped $20 but were told not to come back after that day I believe. I’m contemplating driving to Pinehurst for a week.

Check to make certain what is open in Pinehurst, remember receiving an email from Pinehurst Resort that the resort hotels are closed. Do not know about the courses. A quick call to the resort or other packagers like Talamore or Tobacco Road should sort it out.

resort is closed, other hotels are open as are the courses. Can still get takeout from all the restaurants. My buddy just got back from playing 2/4/Mid pines/TR, said they were all virtually empty. I was there not long ago but I’m bored out of my mind, can’t even work if I wanted to.

My Rukket mat and net are supposed to get here on Monday. I'll be glad to be able to take a full swing for the first time in weeks, even if I only get to see about 8 feet of the flight.

I just bought 2 dozen birdie balls and a mat to see how they fly. Gonna go use the high school football field as my driving range. Supposed to only go 40 yards and has similar feedback to a real ball as far as flight and feel.

We had a good run for a while there organized by OW. I still golf with a lot of the guys. Timing got tough as it seemed like a few guys either had kids or kids got to sports playing ages and it was harder to get away for a weekend. We did Forest Dunes and Kingsley for 3 days two nights, it was great.
