Curious- What are the lesser know/ obscure quality brands out there?

Like many of you, I am stuck in the house with very little to do to occupy my time. So after listening to various podcasts I was curious about the lesser known or obscure club component brands. For example, I listened to an interview from one of the Paderson owners and is was really interesting to listen to. I thought about Shimada shafts as well. What brands are out there that are doing interesting things or making really quality parts like heads, ferrules, grips, shafts, etc?

I actually had a set of Paderson shafts in my previous irons; they were fucking awesome. Only reason I switched out was because they were a little light and my ss with my 6i went up 12mph so I had to get some X flex shafts and heavier stuff. They make an incredibly quality product though

Is Snell considered small? They are great.

Lab Golf Direct Force putters have a good thread in the Pre-Release section... Small company with an innovative putter design. They seem to be very popular with the people who like them... I'd love to demo one, but not in the cards right now.

All of these boutique iron companies are very interesting to me. Not sure how profitable they are, but they sure look cool. Haywood is one based out of Canada that works on a direct to consumer model. They started out with non-conforming groove wedges. I got one and was impressed by the quality and shape. Good turf interaction, but I was blowing through balls because the grooves were so sharp. They've also released a set of player distance irons that I've heard are as hot as Callaway's cup face and they're about to come out with a forged blade set.

Another cool one is Gearhart Golf. Never hit one but they sure look pure.
