Me too! I got the 52 degree (F Grind) as a tee gift from an invite, loved it so much I bought two more (46 degree F Grind; 58 degree M Grind) with the pro shop credit I won throughout the week!

I just recently purchased a spider with double bend shaft and put a flatso 1.0 on it.. gonna put it in play for 2020

I have the Spider Tour and a PING Scottsdale ZB but I seem to always go back the to feel of the Spider. I was between 1.0 and 2.0 Flatso last year but went with the 2.0 because of availability in the store. Glad I went with the 2.0 I think you’d be happy with it either way! Bummed the Spider X doesn’t have a double bend option so I’ll be riding out the Spider Tour as long as I can! Play well!!

Nice set up. Great wedges (I use a SM7 52 deg F grind as well) and a sweet putter. Was wondering how you manage the gap between the driver and your 3-iron? Thanks.

Thank you! To start, I have never had a lot of success with a any fairway wood (seemingly ever!). I have a Taylormade Rescue (18 degrees) and an R11s 3 wood I have dialed down closer to a 4 wood I will throw in the bag occasionally depending on where I’m playing but for the most part the courses I play regularly, a rescue or 3/4 wood wouldn’t necessarily benefit me much to take advantage of the par 5’s.

I found carrying either of those clubs I would be tempted to pull them out and take low percentage chances at par 5’s which many times would negate my chance to make birdie so I took the temptation right out of the equation.

If the driver isn’t cooperating I can still get 240+ off the tee with a 3 iron which again is plenty long at the tracks I play regularly.

Plus with those Vokeys I don’t have a problem laying up into that 115-120 range and in!!

Hope all is well!  Just wanted to add here my new (old) addition to the bag.  After stalling out on the greens after a couple months, I went into the basement and pulled out an old friend.  This also gave me a reason to pick up a new putter cover.  It's been treating me well and thought it was only fair to add her to the forums!

 I do too.  I was running into trouble with speed, just needed a new (familiar) look.  Since putting the Karsten bag in the bag I have been saving more pars from that 8-12' range which is always a big confidence boost.  I added my old 3 wood back to the bag too which I will add photos later today!
