Just got a 4 wood and It is super super hot. Slightly larger head than I am used to but not a deal breaker. Almost as long as my 910 3 wood but I really really like my 910F. Can't beat it for the money!

Hi - I'm new to this forum...can anyone tell me if this club conforms to the R&A standards? I am in Australia and I believe it's the R&A standard that they go by? I anyone can give me any insight on this that would be great!

Just curious - how do you know that for sure? What did you use as a reference? My son is playing in a couple of big tournaments coming up and if I put this club in his hand I want to make sure it conforms...I'm sure you understand.

Matt Kucher has one hidden in his bag too, under an old college headcover...it's a CB2.I can remember watching him hit one in the big match play tourney earlier in the year. He and Luke Donald were in the finals as I recall. Funny...they both had Exotics 3 woods in their bags. The camera came in on Kutcher as he held a pose after a three wood shot, and there it was, plain as day, the sole just sticking right into your living room-- Tour Edge Exotics--3 wood! I half expected Tour Edge to use it in an ad.

Nice, powerful 3 wood. I have Exotics hybids. I use the 3 and 4 to sub for my 2 and 3 iron (Hogan Apex Plus MBs). I have the driver (9*) shafted up with a Grafalloy Epic ® flex. They play a bit strong to flex. And a matching 3 wood, with a pured UST V2, R flex. Plays a half step strong to me.

Had a 3w with stock set up. Great off the tee. But I dreaded hitting it off the deck. Probably just me though!

picked up xcg-v 4 wood about two months ago.
bought it only because i needed a wood even though i was not able to hit any woods (3, 4, 5 wood, hybrids).
xcg-v 4 wood was so easy to hit and it was giving me some unbelievable numbers.
i gained more confidence by hitting xcg-v 4 wood, and i can now hit any woods including 3 wood off the deck.

What's the hosel size for these?

Hosel size is .335.

I have a 4 wood at 42.5" with a Talamonti PD-80X. This thing is nuts - automatic.

Easy off the deck or tee, and as long as you would expect from TEE. I don't care for the overall size (think OG Rapture) but it doesn't seem to negatively impact play. It still manages to do a good enough job in the rough. Added bonus is that it's probably the most affordable Exotics fairway out there, I picked up mine off of Ebay for $28 with a Bassara 73 S in decent shape.

It gets the job done if you dont mind the size. I prefer the original XCG, or CB2/3 from an aesthetic point of view, but as a high handicapper, I will stick with what works...

this club has a ti face with a .83 cor, thats why it's so much longer. I hit 16 yards further than RocketBallz.

posting here again to confirm again.
that thing is easy to hit and goes LONG.
compared my xcg-v 4 wood vs rocketballz 3 wood tour, and rocketballz tour won.
by less than 1 yard on average.
plus, comparing the feel at impact of those two is an insult to xcg-v.

Found this club in great condition for super cheap (I know it’s old), wanted to try TEE woods for a while, but hard to get them here. Is this representative or should I find a newer version? EXS or something.
