I have the F7, at the 13° with the weight forward it was less forgiving and the same distance as 14.5° weight back. The Cobra line with the baffler rails are incredibly forgiving on fat shots and really stabilize the club through the turf. I'd recommend the Cobra at a higher loft setting. Definitely worth testing. My driver swing speed is around 104mph.

I'm getting about 235 carry with it at 14.5° off the deck. But it's the miss hits that somehow still perform that keep it in the bag.

The F8 went as well as my F7. The loft from 13-17° gives you lots of options that find what works best for your swing. The rails really are a blessing to miss hits.

I've tried a bunch and hated most of them.

Try a Ping Anser 4 wood. I've never hit a fairway wood as well as this one. It kicked the F6 Baffler out of my bag, which I didn't think would ever happen.

Cobra and Ping are the best I've come along, year after year. Also, a 5w turned way down is lethal off the turf.

man, read all you detailed specs....thanks...interesting....maybe rocking the orange ball is key to your success...I would get some retro 70s orange balls, but I just counted and I have a 1000 balls...shame only a handful are orange.

I gave up on the 3 wood. It needed a great strike to do its job off the deck. 18° 5 wood works more consistently for me.
