I picked up a bag of ladies Spalding Legacy clubs (1,3,5 w & 3-9 irons) and a 3-wood Callaway women club "plus some other clubs" yesterday on my way to fill up the car with some petrol.

Anyway, the "other clubs" turned out to be a pretty cool haul. Not in the best of shape, but interesting (and more importantly, playable), nevertheless:

10 wood head woods!

1,3,5 PowerBilt Citation (PowerBilt on top and black insert) with B flex DYNASTY shafts and GP tour wrap grips.

1 MacGregor Jack Nicklaus (S2H5A22 and "golden bear" face insert) with R flex MULTISTEP shaft and some weird grip with a hawk head on it.

3 PowerBilt Citation (Citation on top and red insert) with C flex DYNASTY PLUS 3325C shaft and Royal Danny Edward's Sand Wrap grip.

3,5 Hogan RADIAL (H98031) with APEX 3 shafts (one might have dirt or rust in it... gritty sound when I turn it upside down) and BH grips (look like those ugly GripRite SwingRite grips).

Speaking of ugly GripRites...

1,3,5 Shamrock with R flex shafts (Shamrock Golf Company Los Angeles labels) and... said ugly grips.

I got it off Facebook marketplace. Decent deals... and horrible deals, on there.

I saw what I thought were four persimmons plus the three shamrock laminates, so I paid the guy through an app and picked up the next day (yesterday).

I picked up a 1/3/5 set of PowerBilt Citations last year at a Goodwill, they are nice clubs...good pick up.

I'm looking forward to getting mine out on the course and think they might be next in the refinish queue when I finish up the R75s I'm working on now. I'd like to get them out to hit this summer.

Nice! There's a cool used golf store in downtown Honolulu called Roots & Relics, close to Iolani Palace. Unbelievable selection of nice used clubs. I went there several times last summer as it was very close to my son's internship workplace and apartment. I did buy few old clubs. I miss browsing at that store.

I was going to say the same. For the price that you can pick up Power Bilt Citations for, they are the best deal in vintage golf! They're dam fine woods!

I got to visit Roots & Relics on my trip to Hawaii in 2009. I was headed somewhere else and when I parked the car I saw a fellow with an armload of clubs. I asked him if there was a golf shop nearby and he pointed the way. It is one of the world's truly great golf shops.
