I was overthinking it. It only needs to face one way because even if you're on the other side of the ball, the face of the putter is still going the same way which means the orientation of the grip would be the same. It just seems like some of the pictures are inconsistent with which side the "bump out" is on. The first pics have it on the left as you address the putter and the one from the SuperStroke site has it on the right.

I think if you were to get it in your hands it would be a lot easier to see, kinda hard when SS doesn't give many pics on the grips on their site. But to me looks like a more square grip with rounded corners and that bulge up top to lock the wrist. The way I see it is the bulge portion is to be pointed towards the face of the putter to lock the lead wrist, final design could have changed from pics above.

I just got an update from Superstroke that the wrist lock is launching Friday May 1st.

Thanks did they mention any other grips that are releasing such as the 1.0PT?

They did not, but I only asked about the wrist lock in particular. I sent them a direct message on Instagram and they got back to me the next day

I am fairly optimistic about this grip...I do a drill that mimics it.

I just did today on the 1.0PT I ordered from SuperStroke. They said shipping is only happening once a week due to COVID.
