Best 2020 Golf Shoe for Heal Walker/ Heal Pain

I usually walk and have lots of heal pain as I am getting older. Anyone recommend a shoe that has lots of heal cushion? Been using Nike LC’s for years, but now I walk more and I am hurting.

I've been wearing Eccos for a couple years and love them. I also just bought a pair of True Linkswear Majors and they are way up there in comfort. Have walked 7 rounds in them now and have zero complaints.

I will look into Eccos. Little more expensive, but I bet they are worth it. My wife loves her Ecco Regular shoes and she has bad feet too.

Nike’s are the absolute worst shoes to walk in. I have almost 100 pairs of Nike golf shoes, over 100 if you count Air Jordan golf shoes so it’s not like I’m a hater. Exceptions would be the AJ 11’s or the Air Zoom Victory Tours but that’s not the point.

For walking it’s hard to beat Adidas Boost. But the cheaper ones with the full Boost heel-to-toe. Actually the best Adidas shoes for golf are their trail shoes with full Boost footbed. Not just the Boost in the heel and ball area. Great trail tread like a spikeless shoe, light and durable. Ecco is nice as is True Linkswear. Basically any company other than Nike for walking.

These are some of my most comfortable shoes to walk in. Adidas Trail shoes. Excellent traction. And at least to me, they darn near look like golf shoes.

Haha. No Nikes in my future. Now that golf stores are open I can I can start trying some on. Appreciate it.
