Obviously fake Miura’s right?

So browsing eBay to check selling prices of Miura CB501’s I found this black boron set. Looking at the photos these clubs appear to be fake Alibaba specials. Seller has 99.7 feedback and 361 golf transactions.

He also is selling another set of cb501 the silver set. This set appears to be fake as well. The weight in the cb is not the correct shape and thickness on both sets.

It leads me to wonder if there are a ton of fake Miura sets floating around out there. He is also selling a ton of other high end Japanese gear which is most likely fake

Both very bad fakes, so much wrong compared to an authentic set. Report both listings to eBay as counterfeit. They will be deleted.

So I messaged him asking some questions trying to get him to dig his own grave. He claims his mate is a Miura dealer who he buys heads from. And he buys the kuro kage shafts from taylormade and builds them him self???! Seems fishy to me. Must get a hell of a deal on the shafts cause all the Japanese irons he’s selling have the kuro kage shafts in them. Seems to only sell golf gear a quite a bit of it. Must have bought a half container full of crap from Alibaba or wish and is trying to scam people.

I have been discussing a set of mc 501’s with him. Got the same story about the friend but his listings all have different shafts in them and he told me he could get pretty much any shaft I want. He won’t sell me the heads alone as that is not allowed by his friend in regards to Miuras rules. He has a registered firm in the Uk under the same name. So are you certain that they are fakes?

I’m not a Miura expert, but what about them screams fake? They look alright to me.

Why would you take the risk of buying from a seller that you know has sold fakes in the past? They could be real, they are probably fakes, why risk your money when there are so many other sellers that are legit?

Definitely fake.  So are those 501s.  These aren't even close.....can't believe seller has a 99.8% positive rating...

I am not good enough to say if they are fake or not but I went with a registered Miura dealer as it all felt very suspicious in our conversation.
