Flipping at impact

Hi everyone.

Was looking for some advice on my swing & in particular pre & post impact. I play off 3, but have a 2 way miss & can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

Post impact looks absolutely shocking as my hands flare out & wrists quickly flip to the left. Nothing like the Hogan style exit left with tons of clubface control.

I hit 3 PW in succession as part of this video, 1 left, 1 right & the other straight. All swings look near identical on video!

 

Is there anything glaringly obvious?

This is for the most part a really great swing with a lot of power. A couple of things: it's difficult to tell from the angle you've shot the video at, but make sure that your right arm isn't above your left (generally a weak right hand grip) or that your shoulders aren't open at address. That will often make the ball flare right.

It wouldn't kill you to turn your hips a bit more on the backswing to get some depth. It's not a huge priority, but it helps.

Your lead wrist is a little cupped at the top. Which is ok, but you need to get it flat or even a little bowed at some point before impact. The sooner, the better. Otherwise, you're going to instinctively stall and flip it at the bottom and swing right to get the ball on line. If you don't time it, hello rights. This might be helpful:

I most assuredly am not a swing guru, but the one thing I noticed is that your left wrist cups more as you get toward the bottom of the swing. It looks like when the lag is increasing in the downswing, your left wrist allows for it by cupping and your right hand seems to over power the left through the bottom.

Your club is way open already from the start of your swing. Strengthen your grip, and in the start of your DS you need to work on start squaring the face asap.
