Mavrik Triple Diamond

I've seen some hinting from providers that the Mavrik Triple Diamond may be coming soon (preorder?). Anyone know?

I have not heard this. But, I would not be too surprised. This is about the time that the Epic triple diamond came out.

I know they said that they took some of the Epic Flash TD elements into the design of the retail Mavrik SZ. But, I honestly don't really see it. Maybe a slightly flatter face with a little less roll to it. But, the Mavrik TD looks way more like the Epic Flash TD than the retail version does. I know where I can get one. But, I don't want to drop the $$$ to get my hands on it, lol.

I played the epic triple diamond last year and loved it. Having tried all the current Mav line. I think the standard would be the best for me. I am starting to lean more towards higher MOI drivers. It seems to be working so far. I am hitting more fAirways these days while not losing distance.

I’m much the same boat; my EF TD is on the sidelines thanks to the 9° Mavrik standard head’s blend of looks, feel, forgiveness/dispersion and distance. It’s just a darn good driver! And the fairways and hybrids are great too!

Mavrik Triple diamond TA (Tour Authentic) coming to selected accounts in early to mid June. Same as epic flash last year.

It it is like the epic. Not very, there are still two epic triple diamonds on the shelf at the store I am part time at..

I passed on the EF TD. The Mav TD is super intriguing. But, I think my wife may castrate me should I drop $500+ on a golf club that I likely don't really need.

It is all in how you word it. But I get it, there is a draw to these small releases but is it better than what is already out? I don't know. It is just that tour issue idea that makes it a draw.

Where are you seeing the 50% trade bonus? Checked Callaways website and Facebook and didn’t see anything?

It's on their site. Only certain products. Apex, Mavrik, and Triple Track putters I believe. There will be a notification listed under the product if you're looking at their product pages.

I don't remember last years release very well. But, I wouldn't be surprised to see this offered only through certain fitters/builders for a while if it happens. Don't know if it'll be on their site or not.

Last year it was around Masters, I ordered mine on 4/13. Could be the obvious delays this year or they just elected not to release it so soon. Trade-in goes until 7/12 so that should give enough time for these to become available. Maybe we'll see an email blast later this week or next.

I used the bonus on the Triple Diamond last year so I expect the Mav TD to be eligible.

I am not sure what happened in my swing. Last year I 100% needed a little more fade bias as I was hitting draws and hooks. Now, this year I am hitting a lot more fades. I don't need more fade bias.. Haha.
